Every beautyful thing has come to an end. Our journey ends where we started it in Fremantle – called Freo. Freo as well as Perth are located “at the end of the world” but it‘s always worth to visit it. Here the spirit “no worries” is really good to perceive. Everything seems more relaxed than in the other australian cities, maybe this comes why Perth is nearly closer to Indonesia than the next big city in Australia.
Freo is like a Mediterranean city in Europe, diverse and very cosy. There are many restaurants and cafes and the offer of international food is large. The weather is a bit warmer than 7 weeks ago and the rain has decreased.
At Perth we were happy to meet the start of the «Targa West Rally 2019» . A Tarmac Rally is a unique form of motorsport where Tarmac Rally Cars compete on roads closed for competition. Cars start at 30 second intervals and race against the clock with the winner being the car that is fastest over all stages. Cars are grouped into classes and there are categories for full Competition, Targa 130, Targa 165 and even an Electric Vehicle category.
